7例慢粒急变中男性4例,女性3例,年龄16—52岁。6例为急粒变,1例急淋变且用长春新硷和强的松治疗无效。7例Ph~1均阳性。以细胞分离机取得外周血有核细胞1×10~(11)个,悬于培养液(含20—50％自体血浆,Hank′s盐溶液及10％二甲亚砜),经4℃平衡后按每分钟降低1℃的速度冷至40℃,然后置于液氮蒸气中保存(-80℃),保存期平均23个月
In 7 patients with chronic granuloma, 4 were males and 3 were females, aged 16-52 years. 6 cases were acute granulose change, 1 case was acutely diarrheal and the treatment with Changchun Xinhao and prednisone was ineffective. All 7 cases were positive for Ph~1. One hundred and ten (11) peripheral blood nucleated cells were obtained with a cell separator and suspended in culture medium (containing 20-50% autologous plasma, Hank’s salt solution and 10% dimethyl sulfoxide) and equilibrated at 4°C. After cooling at a rate of 1°C per minute, it is cooled to 40°C and then stored in liquid nitrogen vapor (-80°C). The average shelf life is 23 months.
