根据等螺旋角、前角按给定的规律变化的要求,推导出了锥形铣刀前刀面法矢的表达式,给出了精确保证前刀面法矢的数控加工运动的计算方法,并证明了通过三轴联动数控加工就可以达到等螺旋角、前角按一定规律分布(可控)的要求.采用计算机图形模拟技术模拟了不同端面前刀面的形成过程,由图形模拟结果还可以判断前刀面是否发生过切干涉以及容屑槽深度是否合理
According to the requirements of constant helix angle and rake angle changing according to the given rules, the expression of normal vector of rake face of tapered cutter is deduced, and the calculation method of accurate NC machining movement of rake face vector is given. And proved that through the three-axis CNC machining can achieve equal helix angle, rake angle according to a certain regular distribution (controllable) requirements. Computer graphics simulation technology was used to simulate the formation of rake faces with different faces. The results of the simulation can also determine whether rake face interference occurred or whether the chip flute depth is reasonable
