2005年5月11~14日在南京翠屏山宾馆召开了“ASEA技能测试基准、技术方案及平台构建”专题讨论会。参加会议的有采自全国ASEA培训中心的负责人,支持ASEA技能测试系统建设的自动化领域主要跨国公司代表、以及全国ASEA办公室领导等90余人。会议主要讨论了ASEA技能测试基准应如何制定;建立ASEA技能测试尖验室的步骤与方法;ASEA技能测试系统主要内容及技能测试技术方案;基于自动化领域各主要跨国公司提供的硬/软件平台的构建等议题。与会代表在认真听取了大会报告的基础上,进行了广泛而热烈的讨论,同时以主人翁的心态为ASEA技能测试系统的建设出谋献策。经过两天的讨论,在ASEA技能测试基准、技术方案及平台构建等方面取得了以下初步共识。1)建立ASEA技能测试实验室,是进行自动化系统工程师资格认证(ASEA)工作的重要一环,也是提高ASEA质量的重要保证
From May 11 to May 14, 2005, a panel discussion on “ASEA Skills Benchmarks, Technical Solutions and Platform Construction” was held in Cuipingshan Hotel, Nanjing. More than 90 people, including leaders from ASEA Training Center of the whole country, major transnational corporations in automation field supporting the construction of ASEA skill test system as well as leadership of the national ASEA office, attended the conference. The conference mainly discussed how ASEA skill benchmarking should be set up; the steps and methods for establishing ASEA skill testing tip room; the main content of ASEA skill testing system and the skill testing technology solution; based on the hardware / software platform provided by major multinational companies in the field of automation Construction and other issues. Participants listened attentively to the report of the General Assembly on the basis of a wide and enthusiastic discussion, at the same time with the attitude of the masters of the ASEA skills testing system to make suggestions. After two days of discussions, the following preliminary consensus has been reached on ASEA skill benchmarking, technical solutions and platform construction. 1) The establishment of ASEA Skills Testing Laboratory is an important part of ASEA and an important guarantee to improve the quality of ASEA
