在麻醉麻痹大鼠上,用诱发电位记录技术和条件检验刺激程序,观察了刺激C_2引起的下行性脊髓场电位(dSFP)及刺激腓神经诱发的节段性脊髓场电位(sSFP)的变化及其关系。 结果表明:dSFP对sSFP的抑制显著地强于sSFP对自身以及对dSFP的抑制;条件性dSFP或sSFP对检验性bSFP或sSFP各成份的抑制程度以P波最强,N波次之,A波最弱;dSFP和sSFP互为条件、检验反应时,也发生类似变化,但检验性dSFP和sSFP之间无明显相关。
