采用健康成年猫36只,电刺激左侧内脏大神经中枢端,引起血浆皮质醇浓度的升高效应。损毁隔核后,刺激内脏大神经,皮质醇浓度升高效应消失,说明隔核可能参与诱发皮质醇升高效应的过程。隔核内微量注射心得安,可阻断刺激内脏大神经诱发皮质醇浓度的升高效应,注射酚妥拉明则无变化。结果提示,隔核参与肾上腺皮质分泌功能的调节,其作用可能是通过去甲肾上腺素(NE)能系统中的β受体来实现的。
Thirty-six healthy adult cats were used to electrically stimulate the central part of the left visceral nerve to cause the increase of plasma cortisol concentration. Damage to the septal nucleus, stimulate the visceral nerve, the effect of increased cortisol concentration disappeared, indicating that the septum may be involved in the process of inducing cortisol rise effect. Interventional microinjection of propranolol, can block the visceral large nerve-induced cortisol increased the effect of the injection of phentolamine did not change. The results suggest that septal nuclei participate in the regulation of adrenocortical secretion function, which may be achieved through the β receptor in the norepinephrine (NE) energy system.
