这起碎纸机火灾调查,涉及的是一起电器火灾,需要获得机器构造、性能等专业知识,在得到相关部门的大力协助下进行现场勘查。通过证实火灾现场发生的燃烧现象,基于着火案例进行再现实验,判断火灾原因。1火灾概况(1)着火时间:2008年6月某日12点左右;(2)着火场所:千叶市内一事务所办公室;(3)烧损程度:轻微;(4)受害状况:轻伤1人,男性;(5)天气状况:见表1。
