由于机械及其它工程设备的不断发展,要求滚动轴承具有愈来愈高的负荷重量、速度、刚性,甚至更小摩擦和噪声,因此滚动轴承制造部门正在不断地研究和改善轴承的动态性能。 检查与测量是控制滚动轴承生产质量的重要一环。在当代的技术发展中,对滚动轴承的测试要求必须达到百万分之几吋,也就是零点几个微米。在许多情况下,测量值还必须纪录下来。下面简单介绍几种测量方法。
Due to the continuous development of machinery and other engineering equipment, rolling bearings are required to have higher and higher load weight, speed, rigidity and even smaller friction and noise. Therefore, the rolling bearing manufacturing department is constantly studying and improving the dynamic performance of bearings. Inspection and measurement is to control the quality of rolling bearing an important part. In today’s technological developments, the test requirements for rolling bearings must be in the order of a few thousandths of an inch, that is, a few micrometers at zero.
