针对地面驱动螺杆泵减速器输出轴下端皮碗密封易漏油的问题 ,提出在减速器输出轴下端采用静密封代替皮碗密封 ,静密封套安装在光杆与空心输出轴之间 ,既不与空心输出轴也不与光杆接触 ,在减速器内形成一个环形润滑油池。静密封套与空心输出轴和光杆即可之间间隙为2～ 3mm。静密封套只起挡油作用 ,故选用壁厚为 3～ 4mm的一般钢材即可。现场应用证明 ,静密封装置彻底解决了螺杆泵减速器输出轴下端易漏油的问题。
Aiming at the problem of the oil leakage of the cup bowl at the lower end of the output shaft of the screw pump reducer in the surface drive system, a static seal is adopted at the lower end of the output shaft of the reducer to replace the cup seal. The static seal sleeve is installed between the polished rod and the hollow output shaft, The hollow output shaft does not come into contact with the polished rod, forming an annular oil reservoir in the gear unit. Static seal sleeve and the hollow output shaft and polished rod can be between the gap 2 ~ 3mm. Static seal sleeve only from the role of oil, so the choice of wall thickness of 3 ~ 4mm general steel can be. The field application proves that the static sealing device completely solves the problem that the lower end of the output shaft of the screw pump reducer is easy to leak oil.
