一、关于《定量包装商品计量监督管理办法》的相关规定第十一条对因水分变化等因素引起净含量变化较大的定量包装商品,生产者应当采取措施保证在规定条件下商品净含量的准确。第十二条县级以上质量技术监督部门应当对生产、销售的定量包装商品进行计量监督检查。质量技术监督部门进行计量监督检查时,应当充分考虑环境及水分变化等因素对定量包装商品净含量产生的影响。
Article 1 The relevant provisions of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Quantitative Measurement of Packing Commodities Article 11 The manufacturer shall take measures to ensure the net content of the products under the prescribed conditions due to the quantitative changes in net content caused by such factors as changes in moisture content accurate. Article 12 The quality and technology supervision departments at or above the county level shall conduct the measurement supervision and inspection on the quantitatively packed products produced and sold. When supervising and examining the metrological supervision and inspection by the quality and technology supervision department, the influence of environmental and water changes on the net content of the quantitatively packaged goods shall be fully taken into consideration.
