我们检测了５０例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）产生白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）的活性，发现活动期ＳＬＥ患者产生ＩＬ－２活性低于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０５），而缓解期患者与正常对照比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），同时还观察了离体环境对ＳＬＥ患者ＰＢＭＣ产生ＩＬ－２活性的影响，并对结果进行了分析。
We examined the activity of interleukin 2 (IL-2) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and found that the activity of IL-2 produced by active SLE patients was lower than that of normal controls (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between remission patients and normal controls (P> 0.05). The effect of exogenous environment on IL-2 production in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of SLE patients was also observed and the results were also analyzed analysis.
