摘要目的探讨MR扩散张量成像(DTI)及纤维束示踪成像评价肾移植术后早期移植肾功能的价值。材料与方法本研究经伦理委员会批准,并获得书面知情同意。选取54例肾移植术后2~3周内的受者及26例年龄相匹配的健康志愿者,行肾脏3.0 T DTI检查。依据受试者的估计肾小球滤过率(e GFR),将所有受试者分为3组。分别测量和比较各组肾脏皮质及髓质的ADC值和FA值。行全肾纤维束示踪成像。评
Abstract Objective To evaluate the value of MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and fiber tracing imaging in the evaluation of early renal graft function after renal transplantation. Materials and Methods The study was approved by Ethics Committee and obtained written informed consent. 54 recipients within 2 to 3 weeks after renal transplantation and 26 age-matched healthy volunteers were enrolled. The 3.0 T DTI examination of the kidneys was performed. Subjects were divided into 3 groups based on their estimated glomerular filtration rate (e GFR).
