目的免疫标记乳腺癌组织中p53、CK34βE12、Bcl-2和nm23,探讨以上抗体与乳腺癌肿块大小、组织学分级及淋巴结转移方面的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法标记124例乳腺癌组织,统计p53、CK34βE12、Bcl-2和nm23表达阳性率,分析比较其表达,判断它们与乳腺癌肿块大小、组织学分级和淋巴结转移之间关系。结果 P53、nm23与肿块大小无显著相关性;CK34βE12和Bcl-2表达和肿块大小具有显著相关性;p53、CK34βE12和Bcl-2与乳腺癌组织分级有显著差异性;而nm23与组织学分级没有显著相关性;p53、CK34βE12和nm23与淋巴结转移有显著相关性;Bcl-2则与淋巴结转移无显著相关性。结论 p53、CK34βE12、Bcl-2和nm23在乳腺癌组织的表达,对正确评估乳腺癌分级及判断预后有一定指导意义。
Objective To immunohistochemically detect the expression of p53, CK34βE12, Bcl-2 and nm23 in breast cancer tissues, and to explore the correlation between the above antibodies and the size, histological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of p53, CK34βE12, Bcl-2 and nm23 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 124 cases of breast cancer. The expression of p53, CK34βE12, Bcl-2 and nm23 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between them was analyzed with the size, histological grade and lymph node metastasis . Results There was no significant correlation between the expression of P53 and nm23 and the size of tumor. The expressions of CK34βE12 and Bcl-2 were significantly correlated with the size of tumor. The differences of p53, CK34βE12 and Bcl-2 were statistically different from that of breast cancer Significantly correlated; p53, CK34βE12 and nm23 lymph node metastasis was significantly related; Bcl-2 lymph node metastasis and no significant correlation. Conclusions The expressions of p53, CK34βE12, Bcl-2 and nm23 in breast cancer tissues are of guiding significance for the correct assessment of breast cancer classification and prognosis.
