目的利用事件相关脑电位(ERP)技术探讨健康成人错误监控功能的特征。方法将62名19~50岁的右利手健康成人作为被试者(男性33名,女性29名),平均年龄(29.6±6.6)岁,平均受教育年限(16.7±2.0)年。应用德国Brain Products公司的ERP记录与分析系统检测被试者前额区(Fz)、中央区(Cz)、左中央区(C3)、右中央区(C4)及顶区(Pz)的错误相关负电位(ERN),对ERN潜伏期和波幅进行统计学分析。结果各脑区头皮记录点均在约50 ms处出现1个负波,ERN波形较稳定。统计学分析结果显示:C3脑区与C4脑区的ERN潜伏期和波幅比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在Fz、Cz、Pz 3个脑区,男性组与女性组的ERN潜伏期和波幅比较,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);Fz和Cz脑区的ERN波幅与被试者年龄呈显著正相关(r=0.282,P=0.027;r=0.250,P=0.049)。结论健康成人的ERN较稳定、可靠,在神经精神科临床工作中具有一定的推广和应用价值。
Objective To explore the characteristics of healthy adult error monitoring by using event-related brain potential (ERP) technique. Methods Sixty-two right-hand healthy adults aged 19-50 years old were selected as subjects (33 males and 29 females) with an average age of (29.6 ± 6.6) years and average years of education (16.7 ± 2.0 years). The error-related negatives of Fz, Cz, C3, C4, and Pz of subjects were detected by the ERP system of Brain Products in Germany. Potentials (ERN) were used for statistical analysis of latency and amplitude of ERN. Results The scalp points in each brain region showed a negative wave at about 50 ms, and the ERN waveform was more stable. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the latency and amplitude of ERN between the brain regions of C3 and C4 (P> 0.05). In the brain regions of Fz, Cz and Pz, ERN (P> 0.05). The amplitude of ERN in Fz and Cz brain regions was positively correlated with the age of subjects (r = 0.282, P = 0.027; r = 0.250, P = 0.049 ). Conclusion The ERN in healthy adults is more stable and reliable and has certain promotion and application value in the clinical work of neuropsychiatry.
