近二十年来,日本通用小型柴油机的发展很快。首先,在二次大战以后日本劳动力缺乏,需要小型动力。但当时还是以老式煤油机和柴油机为主。以后经济和工业逐步恢复,但农业还是小农经济,因之有了农业机械化的要求。通用小型柴油机是作为中耕机的动力和其它小型动力而发展起来。六十年代开始“农业机械化”新时期,研制了多缸小功率柴油机。目前已成为农业及其它方面的主要动力。还有大量出口到发展中国家。日本近十年的通用柴油机产量如表1所示[1][2][3]。除由于外界因素影响外,如能源危机等,基本上产量是逐步上升的。
Nearly two decades, Japan’s GM small diesel has developed rapidly. First, Japan’s labor force lacked after the Second World War and needed small momentum. But then still based on the old-fashioned kerosene and diesel engine. Since then, the economy and industry have been gradually restored, but agriculture is still a small-scale peasant economy. Therefore, it has the requirements of agricultural mechanization. Universal small diesel engines are used as cultivator power and other small power developed. The sixties began “agricultural mechanization” a new era, developed a multi-cylinder low-power diesel engine. It has now become a major driver of agriculture and other sectors. There are also a large number of exports to developing countries. The output of general-purpose diesel engines in Japan for the past decade is shown in Table 1 [1] [2] [3]. In addition to the external factors, such as the energy crisis, the basic output is gradually increased.
