针对掘进机本体部(焊接组件)进行振动时效试验研究,并与热时效进行了对比分析。结果表明,振动时效处理可以取代热时效,更有利于掘进机本体部残余应力的释放。
According to the vibration aging test of the main body of the roadheader (welded assembly), the comparison with thermal aging is carried out. The results show that the vibration aging treatment can replace the thermal aging, more conducive to the main body of roadheader residual stress release.
