为研究烤烟烟碱含量与物理性状的的定量关系,对湖南浓香型烟区烤烟样本的烟碱和物理性状进行检测鉴定,并对烟碱与各项物理性状进行回归分析。结果表明:各项指标中变异系数从大到小排序为:烟碱>单叶重=叶质重>叶厚>叶宽=开片度>含梗率=平衡含水率>叶长;单叶重、叶厚、叶质重与烟碱含量呈显著正相关;开片度、平衡含水率与烟碱含量呈显著负相关;叶长与烟碱含量可用二次函数y=-49.2917x2+1.5595x-49.2917来描述,且达显著水平;叶宽、含梗率对烟碱的影响较小。该研究结果为丰富烟质量评价理论及湖南浓香型优质烟叶开发提供参考。
In order to study the quantitative relationship between nicotine content and physical traits in flue-cured tobacco, the nicotine and physical properties of flue-cured tobacco samples in Luzhou-flavor tobacco area were detected and identified, and nicotine and various physical traits were analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that the coefficients of variation in each index ranged from nicotine> single leaf weight = leaf mass> leaf thickness> leaf width = open degree> There was a significant positive correlation between weight, leaf thickness, leaf weight and nicotine content. There was a significant negative correlation between openness degree and equilibrium water content and nicotine content. Leaf length and nicotine content could be expressed as quadratic function y = -49.2917x2 + 1.5595 x-49.2917 to describe, and reached a significant level; leaf width, with the rate of stems nicotine less affected. The results of this study provide references for enrichment of tobacco quality evaluation theory and development of Hunan Luzhou-flavor high quality tobacco leaves.
