目的探讨宫颈癌组织中IDO表达与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的相关性,为临床治疗提供指导。方法收集204例宫颈癌组织标本,PCR法检测宫颈癌患者高危型HPV感染情况,采用免疫组化法检测IDO蛋白表达情况,并分析宫颈癌组织IDO的表达与高危型HPV感染的相关性。结果 PCR检测宫颈癌患者感染高危型HPV16、HPV18目的片段大小分别为152和471bp;181例鳞癌患者中176例为高危型HPV感染,166例IDO阳性,相应的感染率和阳性率为97.24%和89.73%;21例腺癌患者中19例为高危型HPV感染,17例IDO阳性,相应的感染率和阳性率为90.48%和80.95%;2例腺鳞癌患者均为高危型HPV感染且IDO均阳性。204例宫颈癌患者高危型HPV感染率为96.57%(197/204),IDO阳性率为90.69%(185/204)。其中183例高危型HPV感染宫颈癌患者IDO阳性,占89.71%;7例高危型HPV阴性宫颈癌患者中IDO阳性2例,占0.98%。通过统计学分析宫颈癌患者IDO表达与高危型HPV感染具有相关性(OR值>1)。结论宫颈癌患者高危型HPV的感染率与IDO表达率均较高,且两者具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between IDO expression and HPV infection in cervical cancer and to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Totally 204 specimens of cervical cancer were collected. High-risk HPV infection was detected by PCR in cervical cancer. The expression of IDO protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between IDO expression and HPV infection was analyzed. Results The PCR-based detection of high-risk HPV16 and HPV18 in cervical cancer patients was 152 and 471 bp in size respectively. Of the 181 patients with squamous cell carcinoma, 176 were high-risk HPV infection and 166 were IDO-positive. The corresponding prevalence and positive rate were 97.24% And 89.73%, respectively. Of the 21 patients with adenocarcinoma, 19 were high-risk HPV infection and 17 were IDO-positive. The corresponding infection rates and positive rates were 90.48% and 80.95%. Two cases of adenosquamous carcinoma were all high-risk HPV infection IDO are positive. The infection rate of high-risk HPV in 204 cases of cervical cancer was 96.57% (197/204), and the positive rate of IDO was 90.69% (185/204). IDO was positive in 183 cases of high-risk HPV infection, accounting for 89.71%. IDO was positive in 7 cases of high-risk HPV-negative cervical cancer, accounting for 0.98%. Statistical analysis of IDO expression in patients with cervical cancer was associated with high-risk HPV infection (OR> 1). Conclusion High-risk HPV infection rate and IDO expression rate are all higher in patients with cervical cancer, and the correlation between them is significant.
