英语写作教学是高职高专公共英语教学的一个重要组成部分,注重学生的实践能力和应用能力的培养。而从高职高专非英语专业学生英语学习的现状看,写作可说是最薄弱的环节。学生在进行英语写作中常会出现诸如语法、词汇、句子结构、受母语影响等方面的错误。针对学生英语写作中普遍存在的问题,笔者通过自己的教学实践,提出几点建议,望对今后的英语写作教学能有所帮助。
English writing teaching is an important part of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges, focusing on students’ practical ability and application ability. From the status quo of non-English majors in English learning in higher vocational colleges, writing can be said that the weakest link. Students often make mistakes in such aspects as grammar, vocabulary, structure of sentences, influence of mother tongue, etc. in English writing. Aiming at the ubiquitous problems in student’s English writing, the author puts forward some suggestions through his own teaching practice and hopes to be helpful to the teaching of English writing in the future.
