陆地棉的遗传变异性、性状相关和通径系数分析

用32个陆地棉栽培品种进行10个经济性状的表型变异系数、遗传变异系数、相关系数、广义遗传力、遗传进度和通径系数的分析。单株产量有高的表型变异系数(32.8),铃数有高遗传变异系数(29.8)。除株高、开花天数、单株铃数和产量外,所有性状都有高的遗传力低的遗传进度,说明非加性基因作用的优势。株高、开花天数、和单株产量得到了高的遗传力和高的遗传进度,证明是加性基因的影响,除果枝数、开花天数和铃数(原文如此,可能有误——译注)外,所有性状与产量有高度正的遗传相关和表型相关。通径系数表明:叶枝数(2.37)、株高(0.65)、铃数(0.60)对产量有显著的直接效应,而开花天数和果枝数对产量有明显的负的直接效应。因此,在制定选择指数公式时,对株高、大量的铃数、衣分和衣指、应予以足够的重视。 Analysis of phenotypic variation coefficient, genetic variation coefficient, correlation coefficient, general heritability, genetic progress and path coefficient of 10 economic traits were conducted with 32 cultivars of cotton cultivars. The single plant yield had a high phenotypic coefficient of variation (32.8) and the number of bolls had a high coefficient of genetic variation (29.8). Except plant height, number of flowering days, number of bolls per plant and yield, all traits have high hereditary genetic progress, indicating the advantages of non-additive genes. Plant height, number of days of flowering, and yield per plant gave high heritability and high genetic progress, demonstrating the effect of additive genes, except for number of fruit branches, days of flowering and number of bells In addition, all traits and yields were highly positively correlated with phenotypes. The path coefficient showed that the leaf number (2.37), plant height (0.65), boll number (0.60) had a significant direct effect on the yield, while the number of flowering days and fruiting branches had a significant negative direct effect on the yield. Therefore, when formulating the selection index formula, sufficient attention should be paid to the plant height, the large number of bells, the clothes points and the fingerings.
