我省水库捕捞技术比较落后,建库时大部份又没有清基,多年来形成养了鱼捕不起,或花很大代价请人捕捞的被动局面,既助长了资本主义倾向,也影响了水库渔业的发展。我所自1976年元月份起,在新建县水产科研所的协作下,结合我省水库渔业生产自然条件等实际情况研制了一种定名为“变水层高刺网”的水库深水捕捞渔具,经二年多来在省内一些水库长期试捕,证明它是目前解决我省水库深水捕捞的好渔具。其优点是:
