自密实混凝土(SCC)是一种受自重的影响达到免振捣自流平,排除空气且能完全填充模板或钢筋焊接网架的混凝土。针对CL建筑体系工程中的核心构件-CL网架板为空间主体钢筋焊接网架,且网架钢筋细而密、截面尺寸小,故CL墙板自密实混凝土设计要点应是:适宜的胶凝材料,较高的砂率,较小的粗骨料粒径(最大粒径小于10mm),拌合物的高流动性与高抗离析性的有效平衡与制约,达到高抗离析性略大于高流动性,从而确保CL建筑体系工程的施工技术要求。本文以工程实例对此研究并阐述。
