农村社会治安问题,是农民群众最关心的问题。农民只有能够安居,才能辛勤乐业。安全稳定是构建和谐农村的前提,我国农村社会治安面临着严重的形势。搞好农村的社会治安,首先必须加强村民治保会建设,夯实农村安全的基础;其次要加强农村安全保卫队伍建设;再次要构筑农村社会治安防控体系;最后要加强农村集贸市场治安管理。
