编辑同志:我单位档案管理员大多已年过半百,为避免出现青黄不接现象,单位领导正在考虑培养接班人的问题.目前已物色到一位同志,他积极要求上进,工作认证负责,刻苦钻研业务,而且本人也表示愿意搞档按工作,但就是迟迟不能落实,主要原因就是他不是党员,档案管理员,特别是搞文书档案管理的同志,难道非党员不可吗?希望编辑部能就折椅问题展开讨论,以使广大领导和档案工作者能对这一问题有个统一的认识。
