目的研究用细菌内毒素检查方法替代鲎试剂法。方法对药厂生产的注射用盐酸格拉斯琼氯化钠采用试剂检查细菌内毒素。结果细菌内毒素检查的方法比鲎试剂动物检查的方法更安全、灵敏。结论用该方法使结果更安全、准确。
Objective To study the use of bacterial endotoxin test method instead of 鲎 reagent. Methods Glasgow Sodium Chloride Hydrochloride Injection for injection was used to check bacterial endotoxin. Results The method of bacterial endotoxin test is safer and more sensitive than the method of 鲎 reagent animal inspection. Conclusion This method makes the result safer and more accurate.
