为研究EPS颗粒体积掺量对混凝土单轴动态抗压强度和破坏形态的影响,采用直径74 mm的分离式霍普金森压杆装置,对4种EPS颗粒体积掺量的EPS混凝土进行单轴冲击压缩试验,分析了应变率和EPS颗粒体积掺量对EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度和破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明,EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度随应变率的增加而增大,随EPS颗粒体积掺量的增加而降低,当EPS颗粒体积掺量在20%~30%之间,EPS混凝土单轴动态抗压强度降低幅度较小;EPS混凝土试件破坏形态具有明显的高掺量低应变率效应;当EPS颗粒体积掺量达到30%之后,EPS混凝土试件裂而不碎。
In order to study the effect of volume fraction of EPS particles on the dynamic uniaxial compressive strength and failure morphology of concrete, a uniaxial impact test was carried out on the EPS concrete with four kinds of EPS particles by using a split Hopkinson pressure bar with a diameter of 74 mm Compression test, the influence of strain rate and volume fraction of EPS particles on uniaxial dynamic compressive strength and failure mode of EPS concrete was analyzed. The experimental results show that the uniaxial dynamic compressive strength of EPS concrete increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of volume fraction of EPS particles. When EPS particle volume content is between 20% and 30% The dynamic compressive strength of the shaft decreases less; the failure morphology of the EPS concrete specimen has obvious high content and low strain rate effect; when EPS particle volume content reaches 30%, the EPS concrete specimen is cracked without breaking.
