目的测定核医学使用的防护容器周围剂量当量率水平,验证其屏蔽效果。方法用辐射剂量仪测量锝(99mTc)、氟(18F)和碘(131I)3种防护容器100 cm和5 cm处的周围剂量当量率。结果 99mTc防护容器周围剂量当量率为0.15~0.45μSv/h,18F防护容器周围剂量当量率为0.29~1 745.00μSv/h,131I防护容器周围剂量当量率为0.73~426.00μSv/h。结论 3种防护容器周围的γ辐射水平满足国家相关标准的要求,18F和131I防护容器表面周围剂量当量率较高。
Objective To determine the dose equivalent ratio around protective containers used in nuclear medicine and verify its shielding effect. Methods The dose equivalency rate at 100cm and 5cm of three protective containers of technetium (99mTc), fluorine (18F) and iodine (131I) was measured by using a radiation dosimeter. Results The dose equivalent ratio around the 99mTc protective vessel was 0.15-0.45μSv / h, the equivalent dose rate around the 18F protective vessel was 0.29-1.745.00μSv / h, and the dose equivalent ratio around the 131I protective vessel was 0.73-426.00μSv / h. Conclusion The γ radiation levels around the three kinds of protective containers meet the requirements of relevant national standards. The equivalent dose rate around the surface of 18F and 131I protective containers is high.
