本文试图通过对军事教员传统军事教学行为特征的分析,采取扬弃而不是抛弃的态度,客观、正确地认识传统军事教学的优势和弊端,寻求一种继承基础之上的改革与创新,从中剥离出合理成分和有效价值,以期对发挥传统军事教学优势和促进军事课改革有所裨益。
This article tries to objectively and correctly understand the advantages and disadvantages of traditional military teaching through the analysis of the characteristics of traditional military teaching behaviors of military instructors, adopting the attitude of sublation rather than abandonment, seeking a kind of reform and innovation based on inheritance, and stripping out Reasonable composition and effective value in the hope of giving play to the advantages of traditional military teaching and promoting the reform of the military class.
