随着坚强智能电网建设和发展,传统SDH/MSTP通信传输网平台已不能够满足SG-ERP、省-市-县视频会商、输变电设备状态在线监测、应急通信、智能配网等对信息通信业务的IP化和高带宽需求,为此,需寻求一种新通信组网技术,既能满足IP业务承载、IP业务带宽突发性、高带宽等要求,又能实现网络级的OAM、QoS等。根据山东省地市数据承载网设计规划,提出基于PTN MPLS-TP的电力通信传输网第二平面的设计方案,供电力行业从业者参考。
