为了进一步加强对律师队伍的管理,严明执业纪律,根据司法部律师公证工作指导司、全国律师协会《关于报送律师行政处罚、行业处分案件的通知》<( 2000)司律公字第 015号>的要求,本刊将从本期起,开设“律师违法违纪案件通报”专栏,对 1997年7月以来各地处理的律师、律师事务所违法违纪案件,以及今后各地处理的律师、律师事务所违法违纪案件逐一予以通报。
