利用激光烧结技术制备316不锈钢/MCrAlY复合多孔金属材料。利用扫描电镜及轮廓仪表征了激光烧结试样的形貌,研究了在激光作用下聚苯乙烯空心球造孔剂的造孔机制。同时对烧结试样的力学性能及高温抗氧化性能进行了测试。结果表明:成形孔洞平均分布在20μm左右,孔隙率为61%,孔洞与孔洞之间有序的排布,孔壁之间连接较好,贯通性良好,聚苯乙烯空心球造孔剂起到了重要的作用。烧结试样压缩强度达到4.78MPa;在900℃下氧化50h增重仅为3.49mg/cm2。
Preparation of 316 Stainless Steel / MCrAlY Composite Porous Metal Material by Laser Sintering Technology. The morphology of laser sintered samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and profile analyzer. The pore formation mechanism of polystyrene hollow spheres pore-forming agent under laser irradiation was studied. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the sintered samples and high temperature oxidation resistance were tested. The results show that the average pore size distribution is about 20μm and the porosity is 61%. The pores and holes are arranged in an orderly manner, the connection between the hole walls is good and the penetration is good. The polystyrene hollow sphere pore-forming agent plays a role of Important role. The compressive strength of the sintered sample reached 4.78MPa; the weight gain after oxidation at 900 ℃ was only 3.49mg / cm2.
