图书馆职业认同是发挥其才智和热情的基础和前提。本文分析了职业认同缺失的原因,借鉴企业管理的成功之处,提出图书馆员提高职业认同的对策。
Library occupation recognition is the basis and prerequisite for exerting its wisdom and enthusiasm. This article analyzes the reasons for the lack of professional identity, draws lessons from the success of business management, and proposes the countermeasures for librarians to improve their professional identity.
