面对日趋激烈的医疗市场竞争,我院后勤工作为适应医院改革需要,先后经历了结构性调整、大刀阔斧地减员增效、实行定额承包、部分保障“社会化”和“属地化管理”等改革过程。由于机构缩减、队伍精干,工作高效率、运行低成本,基本适应了我院医疗体制改革和后勤综合保障的需要。后勤改革只所以能健康、深入地发展,是与贯彻干部“一岗双责”、发扬党的思想政治工作优势、坚持思想教育先行分不开的。
