目的 探讨在神经导航下脑肿瘤及其周围结构定位的准确性和显微手术的治疗效果。方法 应用StealthStation和VectorVision神经导航系统 ,以显微手术切除 6 5例脑肿瘤 ,分析导航定位的准确性与手术治疗效果的关系。结果 6 5个脑肿瘤 ,在满足神经导航注册准确性和术中导航持续准确性的前提下 ,全切除 6 3个 (97 0 % )、次全切除 2个 (3 0 % )。出院时患者症状明显改善 5 6例(86 2 % ) ,无明显变化 9例 (13 8% ) ,无病情恶化及死亡。结论 使用神经导航系统 ,在术前可制定详细的脑肿瘤手术计划 ,术中可辅助术者追踪瘤体、准确定位 ,有助于切除肿瘤并降低手术并发症
Objective To investigate the accuracy of neuro-localization of brain tumors and their surrounding structures and the therapeutic effect of microsurgery. Methods StealthStation and VectorVision neural navigation system were used to perform microsurgical resection of 65 cases of brain tumors and to analyze the relationship between the accuracy of navigation and navigation and the effect of surgical treatment. Results Totally 63 (97%) and 2 (30%) patients underwent total resection under the premise of meeting the accuracy of neural navigation registration and the continuous accuracy of intraoperative navigation in 65 brain tumors. At discharge, 56 (86.2%) patients showed no significant improvement in symptoms, 9 (13.8%) had no significant change, and did not have any exacerbations or deaths. Conclusions With neuro-navigation system, a detailed brain tumor surgery plan can be developed before surgery. During operation, the surgeon can assist the surgeon in tracking the tumor and accurately locating the tumor, thereby helping to remove the tumor and reduce the complications of the operation
