上海机务段使用HXD3机车担当沪昆线上海-株洲区段客运列车和沪宁、沪杭线货运列车的牵引任务,在机车运用和检修中,机车轮缘出现非正常磨耗现象,增加了机车检修工作量和检修成本,影响了机车运用率。通过对10台机车轮缘数据进行调查,并从机车转向架结构、主要技术参数及机车运用线路基本情况等入手,对HXD3机车轮缘非正常磨耗进行了初步原因分析,提出减少轮缘磨耗的措施,最后对下一步研究工作提出设想。
