武汉世茂锦绣长江A2地块1-3号楼为56层的超高层住宅楼。其平面呈“T”型,建筑面积65 698 m2。该楼建筑高度达179.6 m,超过现行《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》的B级高度规定,属超限高层建筑工程。为研究它在地震作用下的抗震性能,对其进行了缩尺(1/30)模型的振动台试验研究。主要介绍该振动台试验模型材料的选取,动力相似关系的确定以及试验方案的设计等,为今后的有关试验工作提供一定的参考。
Wuhan Shimao Fairview Yangtze River A2 Block 1-3 Building is a 56-storey high-rise residential building. The plane was “T” type, construction area of 65 698 m2. The building has a height of 179.6 m, exceeding the current “High-rise Building Concrete Structure Technical Regulations” B-level height requirements, is an overrun high-rise building. In order to study its anti-seismic performance under seismic action, a shaking table test of a scale (1/30) model was carried out. This paper mainly introduces the selection of materials, the determination of the similar relation of power and the design of test scheme for the shaker test model, which will provide some reference for the future test work.
