目的探讨瞬时波强(WI)技术评估糖尿病患者下肢动脉弹性的临床意义。方法应用ProSound Alpha10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测45例2型糖尿病患者和43例正常人股动脉瞬时波强负向波面积及血管弹性相关指标。结果糖尿病组的股动脉负向波面积(NA)、管径面积(NAD)值高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),R-W1低于对照组(P<0.05),Ep、β、PWVβ值高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),AC值低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论瞬时波强技术可以用来评估糖尿病患者下肢动脉的弹性。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of transient wave intensity (WI) in evaluating arterial elasticity of lower extremity in diabetic patients. Methods ProSound Alpha10 color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the instantaneous area of negative wave and the indices of vascular elasticity in 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 43 normal people. Results The negative wave area (NA), diameter of the femoral artery (NAD) in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) β and PWVβ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01), while the ACV values were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Instantaneous wave intensity technique can be used to assess the elasticity of lower extremity arteries in diabetic patients.
