目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D3(25-OH-D3)水平与1型糖尿病(T1DM)的关系,了解T1DM患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)与血清25-OH-D3的相关性。方法对新诊断的32例T1DM患者(T1DM组)、28例健康对照者(NC组),用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定并比较两组25-OH-D3水平。测定32例T1DM患者FBG和HbA1C水平,分析其与25-OH-D3的关系。结果T1DM血清25-OH-D3水平显著低于NC组(P<0.01)。T1DM患者25-OH-D3水平与FBG(r=-0.351)、HbA1C(r=-0.345)成低度负相关。结论T1DM患者存在血清25-OH-D3水平低下,血清25-OH-D3低水平可能与T1DM的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-OH-D3 level and type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) and to investigate the correlation between fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) and serum 25-OH-D3 . Methods Twenty-two newly diagnosed T1DM patients (T1DM group) and 28 healthy controls (NC group), the levels of 25-OH-D3 in the two groups were determined and compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of FBG and HbA1C in 32 patients with T1DM were measured, and their relationship with 25-OH-D3 was analyzed. Results The level of 25-OH-D3 in T1DM serum was significantly lower than that in NC group (P <0.01). The level of 25-OH-D3 in T1DM patients was negatively correlated with FBG (r = -0.351) and HbA1C (r = -0.345). Conclusion The serum level of 25-OH-D3 is low in patients with T1DM, and the low level of serum 25-OH-D3 may be related to the occurrence of T1DM.
