目的探讨冠心病(CHD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选择我院内科收治的CHD合并T2DM患者45例,单纯T2DM患者40例,单纯CHD患者42例,另选择门诊健康体检者30例为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和免疫散射比浊法检测血清MMP9和hs-CRP的表达水平。结果 CHD合并T2DM组血清MMP-9和hs-CRP的表达水平均显著高于单纯CHD组、单纯T2DM组及对照组(P<0.05),单纯CHD组和单纯T2DM组血清MMP-9和hs-CRP的表达水平均显著高于对照组。经Spearman分析,CHD合并T2DM组患者血清MMP-9与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01)。结论联合检测血清MMP-9与hs-CRP将更有利于早期监测糖尿病冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生和预测患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and their clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) Methods Forty-five CHD patients with T2DM, 40 patients with simple T2DM, 42 patients with simple CHD and 30 healthy controls were selected as normal control group. Serum levels of MMP9 and hs-CRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunostaining turbidimetry. Results The serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in CHD combined with T2DM group were significantly higher than those in simple CHD group, T2DM group and control group (P <0.05) CRP expression levels were significantly higher than the control group. According to Spearman’s analysis, there was a positive correlation between serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP in patients with CHD and T2DM (r = 0.526, P <0.01). Conclusion Combined detection of serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP will be more conducive to the early monitoring of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with diabetes and predict the prognosis of patients.
