教育要以人为本,促进学生的全面发展。我谨记着师者的为师之道,自以为在这方面做的还不错,有时还沾沾自喜。不曾想“校服”让我的心田荡起了涟漪。那是一个阳光明媚的中午,我到教室组织学生征订校服。这项工作从上至下都很重视,可是,实际操作很难。山区孩子有的家庭条件差,有的是单亲家庭,有的思想见解有个性,有的认为吃亏。 Education should be people-centered and promote the overall development of students. I remember the teacher’s teaching for the teacher. I think I have done a good job in this area. Sometimes I feel complacent. I never thought that “school uniform” made my heart swing. It was a sunny noon. I went to the classroom to organize students to order uniforms. This work is highly valued from top to bottom, but practical operation is difficult. Children in mountainous areas have poor family conditions. Some are single-parent families. Some think about personalities and some think they suffer.
