利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪、X-射线衍射仪、拉伸试验机和电化学工作站等研究了服役36891 h的Super304H过热器管的组织及性能变化。结果表明,服役36891 h管的强度仍满足GB/T 5310-2008的规定,伸长率略低于标准。服役管基体组织为奥氏体和孪晶组织,晶粒粗大,晶界大量析出呈链状分布M23C6。经DL-EPR分析,服役36891 h管的晶间腐蚀敏感性较供货态新管显著升高。
The microstructures and properties of Super304H superheater tubes with service life of 36891 h were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, tensile tester and electrochemical workstation. The results showed that the strength of 36891 h tube still meet the requirements of GB / T 5310-2008, elongation slightly lower than the standard. Service tube matrix organization austenite and twins, coarse grains, a large number of precipitated grain boundary chain distribution M23C6. According to DL-EPR analysis, the intergranular corrosion sensitivity of 36891 h tube service was significantly higher than that of the new supply tube.
