本文通过对新市民文化素质的现状分析,论述了图书馆在提高新市民文化素质中的重要作用,以及图书馆主动服务于新市民文化素质教育,并努力为新市民提供终身教育服务的保障。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of the cultural qualities of newcomers, this paper discusses the important role of libraries in improving thecultural literacy of newcomers and the library’s initiative to serve the newcultural literacy education and strives to provide lifelong education services to newcomers.
