针对某公司彩涂线开卷机在生产中传动齿轮已经磨损严重,卷筒中的扇形板、连接螺栓头部出现裂纹等现象,结合开卷机结构受力分析其产生的原因,利用三维软件对该开卷机进行国产化设计,并对传动装置、连接螺栓、拉杆等结构的进行了改进设计,使卷筒整体性能得到提高。
