目的观察2种不同浓度的氟制剂对牙釉质表面显微硬度值的影响。方法将牙釉质块随机分为A、B 2组,脱矿30 min后在2组牙釉质表面分别涂布0.9%中性氟化钠溶液和1.0%氟化食醋3 min,并在人工唾液中浸泡30 min,24 h后测定牙釉质表面显微硬度值。结果 2组氟制剂涂布后牙釉质表面显微硬度值均有显著提高,涂布1.0%氟化食醋组的牙釉质表面显微硬度值高于0.9%中性氟化钠溶液组,统计学分析人工唾液浸30 min时差异有统计学意义,24 h差异无统计学意义。结论 2种不同浓度的氟制剂均可使牙釉质表面显微硬度显著提高,1.0%氟化食醋效果优于0.9%中性氟化钠溶液。
Objective To observe the effect of two different concentrations of fluoride on the surface microhardness of enamel. Methods Enamel blocks were randomly divided into group A and group B. After demineralization for 30 min, 0.9% neutral sodium fluoride solution and 1.0% fluorinated vinegar were coated on the two enamel surfaces respectively for 3 min. The artificial enamel Immersed in 30 min, 24 h after the determination of enamel surface microhardness value. Results The enamel surface microhardness values of the two groups of fluoride preparations were significantly increased, while the enamel surface microhardness values of 1.0% fluoride vinegar group were higher than that of 0.9% neutral sodium fluoride solution group Analysis of artificial saliva immersion 30 min difference was statistically significant, 24 h difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Both of the two kinds of fluoride preparations can significantly improve the microhardness of the enamel surface. The effect of 1.0% fluorinated vinegar is better than that of 0.9% neutral sodium fluoride solution.
