152例中男性49例,女性103例;年龄10~73岁;轻、中及重度中毒分别为67例,50例及35例,中毒反跳7例;阿托品使用剂量120~14 307mg;阿托品使用时间3~32天。治疗均给予清除毒物,应用阿托品、解磷定及对症处理等措施。 结果:152例中出现阿托品依赖者14例,占9.2%,其中男性8例(16.3%),女性6例(6.4%),男性多于女性(X~=4.15,P<0.05)。轻度中毒、中度中毒以及重度中毒时发生依赖分别为2例,3例;9例提示中毒程度越深发生依赖现象越多(X~2=15.12,P<0.01)。阿托品依赖组的平均年龄、使用阿托品的剂量及时间分别为30.5±7.7岁;3241.0±537.35mg;18.7±3.27天,非依赖组为44.5±6.3岁;943±472.30mg;10.3±2.71天,提示用药量大,时间长的年轻患者依赖率高。(t值分别为7.76;23.68;11.56,P均小于0.01)。不同农药中毒者发生依赖数为:敌敌畏58例中依赖7例(7/58),乐果(2/33),甲胺磷(2/20),对硫磷(1/15),久效磷(1/13),其他(1/14)。务农药间发生
In 152 cases, there were 49 males and 103 females, ranging in age from 10 to 73 years. 67 were light, moderate and severe poisonings, 7 were poisoned and rebounded in 7, atropine was used in doses of 120 to 14, 307 mg, and atropine was used Time 3 ~ 32 days.
