在英明领袖华主席、党中央的亲切关怀下,农林部于1977年9月15至23日,在河南召开了华北中原地区平原绿化现场会。参加会议的有河北、山西、山东、河南、内蒙、陕西、北京、天津、江苏、安徽等10省市(区)农林(林业)局的负责同志,44个地区(盟、市)和220个县(旗)的负责同志,中央有关部委、华北协作区、科研、新闻单位的同志,共350人。这次会议是在全国人民高举毛主席的伟大旗帜,认真贯彻党的十一大路线,坚决落实华主席提出的抓纲治国八项战斗任务的大好形势下召开的。代表们认真地学习了伟大领袖毛主席的光辉著作《加强互相学习,克服固步自封、骄傲自满》和党的十一大文件,以及毛主席、华主席、周总理对林业工作的指示;深入揭批了“四人帮”的反革命修正主义路线
