转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)是一种多功能的生物活性分子,它对心血管的炎症反应有双重调节作用:在损伤初期,TGF-β启动和促进炎症反应,以清除死亡细胞和基质碎片;清除损伤后,TGF-β又能抑制炎症,随后发挥促纤维化作用。近年来的研究主要集中在TGF-β的促纤维化作用,而忽视了它对炎症反应复杂的调节作用。然而,炎症反应的程度和持续时间对于心脏功能的修复结局至关重要。本文在肯定TGF-β促纤维化作用的同时,更在于强调它对心脏损伤中炎症反应的调节作用。
Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is a multi-functional biologically active molecule that has a dual regulatory effect on cardiovascular inflammation. In the early stage of injury, TGF-β activates and promotes inflammatory responses , To remove dead cells and matrix debris; clear injury, TGF-β can inhibit inflammation, and then play a role in promoting fibrosis. In recent years, research focused on the role of TGF-β in promoting fibrosis, while ignoring its complex regulatory role in inflammatory response. However, the extent and duration of the inflammatory response is crucial to the outcome of cardiac function repair. In this paper, while affirming the role of TGF-β in promoting fibrosis, but also emphasize its regulation of the inflammatory response in heart injury.
