目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:对我院2009年收集的96例ADR报告,分别从患者年龄、性别、给药途径、ADR出现时间、ADR涉及药品种类、抗菌药类别、涉及器官或系统以及具体临床表现等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:96例ADR中,抗菌药引起的ADR最为多见,占42.7%,其次为抗肿瘤药。以静脉给药方式引发的ADR为主;皮肤及其附件损害最多,占47.92%。结论:应重视ADR的监测,以保证临床用药安全、有效。
Objective: To understand the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital. Methods: A total of 96 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2009 were retrospectively analyzed in terms of patient’s age, sex, route of administration, time of occurrence of ADR, type of ADR involved, antibacterial drug category, organ or system involved, and specific clinical manifestations Sexual analysis. Results: Of the 96 ADRs, ADRs were the most common, accounting for 42.7%, followed by antitumor agents. ADR caused by intravenous administration is the main way; skin and its accessories have the most damage, accounting for 47.92%. Conclusion: The monitoring of ADR should be emphasized in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
