本文认为 ,大部分多元化经营的企业都面临着来自于业务单元与公司管理人员间视角的不同而产生的“组织障碍” ,它往往从多方面影响企业的进一步发展。选择多元化经营的企业 ,应正视“组织障碍”的存在 ,认真分析自身的环境 ,谨慎地选择将进入的行业与合作伙伴 ,并积极从组织架构探寻组织整合的新形式 ,即由过去强调纵向的各业务单元独立运行的组织结构转向一种同时具有横向 (横向结构、横向系统、横向的人力资源措施以及横向解决冲突程序 )和纵向两维的新组织形式。
This article argues that most of the diversified enterprises are facing “organizational obstacles” arising from the different perspectives between the business units and the managers of the enterprises, which often affect the further development of the enterprises in many aspects. Companies that choose to diversify their businesses should face up to the existence of “organizational barriers”, carefully analyze their own environment, carefully select the industries and partners they will enter, and actively explore new forms of organizational integration from the organizational structure, that is, emphasize the vertical The organizational structure operating independently of each business unit shifts to a new form of organization that has both horizontal and vertical dimensions (horizontal structure, horizontal system, horizontal human resource measures and horizontal conflict resolution procedures).
