在新的教育体制下,各大高校公共体育课改革在不断的深入,它不仅要充分的了解体育运动的锻炼常识,减少体育运动损伤,还要不断的培养大学生的良好运动习惯。同时在公共体育课中一定要树立健康第一的思想,其中健康不仅包括身体方面的健康,还包括学生们心理方面的健康。所以要想提高大学生公共体育教学的质量,一定要注重这些方面,并且作为大学体育教师,必须要改变学生一些不良的习惯。基于此,本文主要对大学公共体育课中培养学生自信心进行了分析和探究。
Under the new education system, the reform of public PE classes in colleges and universities is constantly deepening. It not only needs to fully understand the common sense of physical exercise, reduce the damage of sports, but also train the good exercise habits of college students. At the same time, we must establish the idea of “health first” in public physical education, in which health includes not only the physical health but also the psychological health of the students. Therefore, if we want to improve the quality of public physical education for college students, we must pay attention to these aspects, and as college PE teachers, we must change some bad habits of students. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes and probes into cultivating students’ self-confidence in college public PE classes.
