针对淮北矿区多次跨采巷道经反复维修仍无法满足正常使用的现状,以芦岭矿Ⅱ8 2人行上山为研究对象,通过对巷道工程地质条件的综合分析,总结了该类巷道4种典型的破坏特征,即金属网压茬处破坏、底鼓、棚腿内扎、U型棚非对称破坏。采用数值模拟和理论分析方法研究了此类巷道的变形破坏机理,提出了包括新型中空注浆锚索、高性能超强锚杆和围岩注浆加固的巷道围岩强化控制技术。实践表明,采用中空注浆锚索与高性能锚杆相结合的组合控制技术可有效控制多次跨采巷道的剧烈变形,上方工作面跨采结束后巷道顶底移近量为126~393 mm,经简单维修即可满足正常使用。
Aiming at the current situation that the multiple cross-mining tunnels in Huaibei Mining Area can not meet the normal use after repeated maintenance, the author takes the L818 2-person uphill as the research object. Through the comprehensive analysis of the engineering geological conditions of the tunnels, Destruction characteristics, that is, metal stubble at the destruction, the bottom drum, shed legs inside the bar, U-shaped shed asymmetric damage. The deformation and failure mechanism of this kind of roadway is studied by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method. The reinforcement control technology of roadway surrounding rock with new type of hollow grouting anchor cable, high performance super strong bolt and surrounding rock grouting reinforcement is put forward. The practice shows that the combined control technology of hollow grouting anchor cable and high-performance anchor rod can effectively control the severe deformation of multiple cross-mining roadways. The top-bottom displacement of the upper working face after cross-over mining is 126 ~ 393 mm , After a simple maintenance to meet the normal use.
